Can I submit derivative work?
The submitted work should be completely original, with no part of it (design, sound, any other asset, etc.) derived from existing works. We will not accept any submissions that use characters or premises from existing games, manga/comics, and/or anime/cartoons.
Can I apply even though I work full time?
Yes. However, please confirm prior to applying that, in the event that your submission wins, your work hours or company's regulations regarding secondary income would not intefere with the development of the game.
Upon receiving development support, would I be forced to change the contents of the game?
No. Please be assured that this program is purely to provide support for game development, not to directly interfere with the contents of the game.
Will you publish the game?
Winner selection does not guarantee publishing. Publishing will be done upon agreement between the winner(s) and the publisher.
Would I be able to receive development support such as designing, programming, and translation from this program?
No, we are not providing direct support for the actual development process.
Can I apply to other creator support projects at the same time as this contest?

Can I submit multiple games?
Yes, you can.
It says that Bandai Namco Entertainment or Phoenixx will provide publishing support, does that mean I must publish with them?
Not necessarily. The support is provided upon agreement with the contest winner.
The application requirements lists a "playable demo or prototype", but can I submit a video?
We are not accepting any video entries.
If I win the contest, when must I release the game by?

Can I submit a game that's a collaboration between two teams?

The title would be released on Steam (PC). We are not specifying any other platforms, and porting will be discussed after the winner(s) are selected.
Will the financial aid be subject to taxes?
This will depend on the applicant's status (individual or legal entity) and region. Please confirm this with your local authorities.
